Services
Which areas do you cover?
We work throughout Bangkok, the greater metropolitan area and all of Thailand — hotels, outdoor venues, beachfront resorts and private homes. For weddings outside Bangkok, travel and accommodation for the team are added and shown clearly as separate line items in the quotation.
Can we book only some of the services?
Yes. Many couples use us only for florals and styling, or only for day-of coordination, and arrange the rest themselves. You pay only for what you actually use.
Where can we see your past work?
On the Gallery page of this website, which collects photographs from real weddings we have planned. We also post new work on our Facebook and Instagram.
Booking
How far in advance should we contact you?
Eight to twelve months before the wedding is ideal, because popular venues and photographers book out first. If you have less time than that it is still very doable — we have delivered a wedding with six weeks' notice. Get in touch and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Can we postpone or cancel?
You can move the date at no penalty if you give more than sixty days' notice and the new date is available. Deposits are non-refundable on cancellation because supplier slots are held from the moment you book. Everything is set out in the contract before any payment is made.
Pricing
What does it cost?
It depends on the format, guest count and which services you use. Day-of coordination starts at ฿35,000, full planning starts at ฿120,000, and florals and styling start at ฿45,000. We always send a fully itemised quotation before you commit to anything.
What are the payment terms?
A 30% deposit confirms your date. The balance is split into two payments — 40% at thirty days before the wedding and the final 30% at seven days before. Receipts are issued for every payment.
Ceremony
Can you do a Thai ceremony and a Western reception on the same day?
Yes — this is the format we handle most often. We run the traditional Thai morning ceremony from the monks' blessing through the Khan Mak procession and water-pouring, then move into a lunch or evening reception. We build the full-day timeline including outfit changes so nothing runs late.
On the day
What happens if it rains at an outdoor wedding?
Every outdoor wedding has a documented backup plan — a covered space reserved in advance, marquees on standby, and a clear decision point for when to move. We monitor the forecast from seven days out and make the call together with you.
How many of your team are on site?
It depends on the size of the wedding. A 100–200 guest wedding typically has three to five of our team on site; over 300 guests, six to ten. Every wedding has one lead coordinator — the same person you have dealt with throughout the planning.
